Desert Paws Rescue

It is the policy of Desert Paws Rescue that all potential cat adopters complete the Cat Adoption Consultation Form and complete an interview with an Adoption Coordinator in order to be considered as a forever home for our cats and kittens.

Desert Paws Rescue will determine the best home for each cat or kitten based on the
application and interview process. After review of the adoption consultation form
and the completion of the interview with the Adoption Coordinator, Desert Paws Rescue may
recommend a different cat or kitten that is more suitable to your household.

Completion of the application and interview process does not guarantee an
adoption approval or guarantee the adoption of a particular cat or kitten.
Desert Paws Rescue is a privately run, non-profit organization and reserves the right to refuse
any adoption that is not in the best interest of the cat or kitten, based on our
principles, policies, and standards.

Please read the following instructions carefully.

1. Please fill out all pages of the Desert Paws Rescue Cat Adoption Consultation Form as
completely as possible. The submission of a complete form will expedite
the review process.

2. After the form has been completed, please print a copy of the completed
form for your files. An email will automatically be sent to the Adoption Coordinator and they will contact you as soon as possible. You may also choose to download a blank form, fill it out by hand, and fax to (480) 287-9541.

At Desert Paws Rescue, we believe there is a home for every
animal we foster. Our foster program provides us the opportunity to
evaluate the behavior of our cats and kittens in a family environment, allows us
to address any unwanted behavioral issues, and allows us to provide adoptive
parents with all the information necessary to make an informed adoption decision
and insure that their new cat or kitten will be a good match with their family.
