Lucky is a very adorable little 5 week old kitten rescued from the local kill shelter because she was too small to be put up for adoption. Desert Paws rescued her mom, Reema and her 6 siblings. This sweet girl is LUCY! Lucy was rescued from the pound where they were going to put her down because of being fearful. What?!? Lucy is your normal happy-go-lucky puppy. Sure, she may have been scared at the pound but I'm sure most of the doggies there are. We are so happy that we saved her! Lucy is just about 4 months old and we believe she is a Labrador Retriever mix. Lucy is a lover girl, loves to give kisses (lots o licks), likes to be petted and rubbed and really aims to please.

This cutie is Luna, she was born on November 6th. We believe the puppies are Black Mouth Cur Dog mixes. You can read more about this breed at www.blackmouthcur.com. This picture was taken at 6 weeks of age. All the puppies have been very well socialized and love to be around people. They are all healthy, happy, bouncy, sometimes sleepy and oh so loveable!

Luna is a very pretty and petite ~2-year-old black and white tuxedo kitty with medium-length fur. She's very easy-going and friendly. She was comfortable almost immediately in her foster home - even with the three large dogs that live there. During the day Luna divides her time lounging on the couch in the living room, gazing out the window or snoozing, and spending time with her foster mom while she works in her home office. She's good with other cats, but would be fine as an only kitty. She enjoys having her fur brushed and is good about getting her nails trimmed. Her favorite scratching surface is a horizontal cardboard scratcher. Luna has already been spayed, has tested negative for FELV and FIV (feline immune virus), has an identification micro-chip, and is current on her vaccinations. Momma Cat was dropped off at a petco with a set of 3 month old and kittens, and she was pregnant again! We were able to find a home for the two older kittens but a week later she gave birth to FIVE more kittens. She is so thankful that is going to be getting fixed soon so she doesn't have to have any more babies.
MC ( Mama Cat ) is a great cat. She is one of the most loving cats I have ever seen. She is also very friendly towards the dogs we have.

Macho Nacho is cute male pomeranian. He is currently being fostered with other dogs, cats, and kids, and he is an all around great dog. He is neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped and he is ready for his forever home! He was found wandering the streets, covered in ticks and was really dirty.
