Hi my name is Macy Grace. My previous owners left me at Petco and Desert Paws took me in. I am currently looking for a forever home where I will get lots of attention. My foster mom absolutely thinks I am the cats meow - I'm not sure if that is a good thing :)
So far I get along with everyone I meet. Dogs, children etc. If you are interested in hearing more about me please email desertpawsdogs@aol.com for more information.

Madonna is a super cute 1 year old kitty. She wandered into an
office at an industrial park near 20th avenue and Grand in Phoenix and they called Desert Paws. She was extremely pregnant and needing a safe place to go. Madonna has an awesome foster dad that has made a blog site so you can view her progress and see how the kittens are developing. Check it out for more info on Madonna. http://www.fosterkitty.com/ Her kittens all have homes lined up, but she is still patiently awaiting hers!
Oh forgot to mention she LOVES tummy rubs :)
My name is Maggie. I am a beautiful 6 year old sheltie/chihuahua mix. I get along with all dogs, and I love people. If you are interested in meeting me please email desertpawsdogs@aol.com
Maggie is a petite, shiny black kitten with soft, thick fur and goldish-green eyes. She was born in May 2011. She’s very adventurous and loves to explore (Maggie is short for Magellan); she was the first of her litter to inspect every square inch of her foster home. She gets along great with the other cats/kittens at her foster home (is usually snuggling with one or more of them), and also the resident large dogs. She’s very friendly and loves attention. If you’re sitting down, she’s in your lap, purring all the while. When she’s not relaxing, she’s busy chasing a buddy (or being chased) up and down the cat tree or through the crinkly tunnel. She also loves playing with the turbo-scratcher. Maggie is very well-behaved regarding the litter box, scratching on appropriate surfaces (cardboard scratchers, sisal rope, carpeted cat tree) and even sits still when getting her nails clipped. She’s an all-around great kitty that will be a cherished addition to a lucky family. She has already been spayed, has tested negative for FELV and FIV (feline immune virus), has an identification micro-chip, and is current on her vaccinations. If you are interested in adopting her, please fill out the cat consultation form (on the website www.desertpawsrescue.org) or email hadleyd@cox.net.

Mai Tai (DOB: 07/10/2010) is a female tortie calico kitten. She is a very playful and affectionate little girl who likes to be held and given lots of attention. We call her a little shoulder kitty because she likes to perch up on your shoulder and nestle in your hair. She’s the adventurous kitty of the litter. When you call her name she’ll come running to you. MaiTai came to us with her littermates (Cody, Rascal and Scarlet), when she was three weeks old, after she lost her mother to a coyote. All of these kittens have been around other cats and a dog and they do well. They especially like our Dalmatian who they follow around to rub and love on him. Mai Tai has already been spayed, has tested negative for FELV and FIV (feline immune virus), has an identification micro-chip, and is current on her vaccinations. If you are interested in giving Mai Tai her forever home, please fill out the cat consultation form (on the website www.desertpawsrescue.org) or email hadleyd@cox.net.

Hi my name is Makita. I am a 9 year old male American Eskimo. I was found wandering the desert of Yuma. I would be a perfect addition to any family as I am good with other dogs and kids. I am also housebroken and know how to use a dog door. All these qualities make me perfect! I am neutered and microchipped. If interested please email desertpawsdogs@aol.com
