Pet of the Week: No
Jett is a handsome cat with amazingly soft gray and white fur. Check out his milk mustache! He is a little shy at first, but once he gets settled in his wonderful qualities shine. He was adopted as a kitten with his littermate Jasmine, but both were returned because their owners had to move out of state and couldn’t take them. He’s 1-1/2 years old (born in August 2009) and is still very playful – especially with the laser light. He gets along with all the cats/kittens and dogs in his foster home, but he spends the most time with his littermate, Jasmine. They chase each other up and down the cat tree, then back up for a snooze on their favorite high perches. When approached, Jett will roll over for a belly rub, then express his delight by “chirping.” He also “chirps” to greet you when you enter the room where he happens to be. Jett is very well behaved regarding using the litter box, and scratching in the appropriate places. He has been neutered, tested for FELV and FIV, has an identification micro-chip and is current on his vaccinations. If you are interested in adopting Jett, please email hadleyd@cox.net.
