Are you looking for a loving lap dog to share your life with? If so, Missie is the girl for you! Missie is a 6 year old Yorkie-Poo, which is a mix of a Yorkshire Terrier and a Poodle. We found Missie feeling very lonely and abandoned down at the pound. We believe, after lots of searching for her former owners, that she is the victim of a home foreclosure and unfortunately her family never came to reclaim her. You can tell that she was very loved before and she longs to find a family to love her again. Missie literally dances on her back legs in front of you begging to be picked up. The dance she does is just too cute! She loves to be held, carried around and longs to snuggle next to you on the couch or bed.
Missie is a very quiet girl, she is housetrained, very well behaved in the house, walks good on a leash and likes car rides too! She would fit in really well with a retired family who is looking for a good cuddler and a little one to spoil. Missie is tolerant of other dogs but does not want to play with them – she prefers people! She would probably do best as an only dog where she can get all the attention. She will need regular trips to the groomer to keep up her beautiful looks. Will you be the one to bring love back into Missie’s life?
